system shifts east over the Cascades. West winds strengthen today,
bringing a 25-35% chance of gusts to 25 mph and 10% chance up
to 30 mph through 2200 today. Benign weather Monday and Tuesday,
followed by a sharp warming/drying trend beginning Wednesday.
