...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 9 PM PDT WEDNESDAY...

.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry with increased instability due to
thunderstorms to the south. Less than a 5% chance of thunderstorms
today though mixing will be high in the early evening. Diurnally
driven winds will become downslope overnight. Inversion forms at
around 4000 ft, lifting by 1200. Dry and unstable conditions on
Wednesday leads to a Red Flag Warning being in effect. Slightly
higher daytime humidity may help inhibit some mixing, but overall
an unstable environment. 10-20% chance of showers on Wednesday
into Thursday.
