.DISCUSSION...A strong inversion will remain in place through the
morning hours. Warm and dry conditions will continue over the
spot location with temperatures trending lower by Wednesday
afternoon. An upper level wave will approach the area with cumulus
build ups over higher terrain. The chance of thunderstorms
Wednesday afternoon is near 0 and less than 5 percent. Winds will
remain light with a drainage flow down the valleys overnight.
Ridge top winds should also remain fairly weak.
