.DISCUSSION...Seasonably warm and dry weather continues this week
with morning clouds and afternoon clearing expected. Persistent
onshore flow will support daytime minimum RH above critical values
and moderate to excellent overnight RH recovery. Stronger onshore
flow Tuesday will bring higher daytime humidity and increase west
winds through east-west aligned terrain and over ridgetops.
