* WHAT...Seas 8 to 12 ft at 17 seconds and north winds 10 to 15
  kt, shifting south 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt after 1100
  Saturday.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
  OR out 10 NM, Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape
  Foulweather OR out 10 NM, Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to
  Cape Falcon OR from 10 to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Falcon to
  Cape Foulweather OR from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

5 AM PDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 7 to 11 ft at 16
  seconds and north winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting south 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt after 1100 Saturday.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 4.04 kt at 251 PM Friday.
  Seas 6 to 7 ft. Ebb current of 4.25 kt at 304 AM Saturday. Seas
  10 to 12 ft. Ebb current of 4.67 kt at 335 PM Saturday. Seas
  9 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
