...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 7 to 10 ft at 13
  seconds and southwest winds 15 to 25 kt expected. A very strong
  ebb current with 9 ft seas will also be present 702 PM today.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very strong ebb current of 6.31 kt at 702
  PM Tuesday. Seas 9 to 10 ft. Ebb current of 3.76 kt at 726 AM
  Wednesday. Seas 5 ft. Strong ebb current of 6.1 kt at 747 PM
  Wednesday. Seas 6 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
