...HAZARDOUS SEAS WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH
LATE THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 6 to 11 ft at 14 to 17
  seconds and south winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt
  expected. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, very steep and hazardous
  seas 14 to 19 ft at 15 to 18 seconds and south winds 5 to 10 kt
  with gusts up to 15 kt possible.

* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM Wednesday to 10 AM PST
  Thursday. Hazardous Seas Watch, from Thursday morning through
  late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a 10% chance seas peak at or
  slightly above 20 ft on Thursday, which would be the worst case
  scenario.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Consider altering your plans to avoid possible hazardous sea
conditions.

  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM Wednesday to 10 AM PST
  Thursday. Hazardous Seas Watch, from Thursday morning through
  late Thursday night.
