...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM PST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Seas 11 to 16 ft at 17 seconds and southwest winds 10
  to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.

* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Seas will slowly build to 14-16 ft early
  Saturday morning before falling again in the afternoon. Wind
  gusts increase to the above mentioned speeds Sunday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. General seas of 8 to 12 ft
  building to 11 to 12 ft Saturday afternoon.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong ebb current of 5.65 kt at 458 PM
  Friday. Seas 11 ft. Ebb current of 2.69 kt at 532 AM Saturday.
  Seas 12 to 14 ft. Ebb current of 5.51 kt at 528 PM Saturday.
  Seas 12 to 13 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
