...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST
MONDAY...

* WHAT...Seas 9 to 12 ft at 15 seconds and southwest winds 5 to 15
  kt, increasing to 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt Saturday
  night. Winds become northwest at 15 to 20 kt by mid to late
  Sunday morning.

* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

MONDAY...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 10 to 13 ft at 15
  seconds and southwest winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming south at 10 to
  20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt Saturday night. Winds become
  northwest at 15 to 20 kt late Sunday morning.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First ebb current of 5.51 kt at 528 PM
  Saturday. Seas 12 to 13 ft. Second ebb current of 2.5 kt at 607
  AM Sunday. Seas 11 to 12 ft. Third ebb current of 5.32 kt at 601
  PM Sunday. Seas 10 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
