* WHAT...Seas 9 to 12 ft at 15 seconds and southwest becoming
  northwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.

* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

MONDAY...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 10 to 11 ft subsiding
  to 7 to 8 ft Monday morning. Southwest becoming northwest winds
  10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First Ebb current of 2.5 kt at 607 AM
  Sunday. Seas 11 ft. Second Ebb current of 5.32 kt at 601 PM
  Sunday. Seas 9 to 10 ft. Third Ebb current of 2.34 kt at 645 AM
  Monday. Seas 8 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
