* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
  visibility to 1 NM or less. For the Small Craft Advisory, seas
  6 to 8 ft at 9 seconds and northwest winds 5 to 15 kt.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
  OR out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Dense Fog Advisory, until 2 PM PDT this afternoon.
  Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
  visibility will make navigation difficult.
