* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, seas 13 to 18 ft at 12 seconds and
  southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. For the
  Small Craft Advisory, seas 9 to 14 ft at 14 seconds and south
  winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
  OR out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
  OR from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 1 AM PST Tuesday. Small Craft
  Advisory, from 1 AM to 7 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

  Small Craft Advisory, Rough bar conditions expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 1 AM PST Tuesday. Small Craft
  Advisory, from 1 AM to 7 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong ebb current of 6.11 kt at 704 PM
  Monday. Seas 11 to 15 ft. Ebb current of 3.26 kt at 755 AM
  Tuesday. Seas 11 to 12 ft. Ebb current of 5.28 kt at 757 PM
  Tuesday. Seas 10 to 12 ft.
