  Monday morning.

* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 8 to 9 ft by Sunday
  afternoon, building to 10 to 12 ft Monday morning. Light
  southerly winds around 5 kt Sunday morning, becoming northwest
  at 10 to 15 kt by Sunday evening.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First ebb current of 4.92 kt at 203 PM
  Sunday. Seas 9 to 10 ft. Second ebb current of 3.23 kt at 219 AM
  Monday. Seas 11 to 12 ft. Third ebb current of 5.33 kt at 243 PM
  Monday. Seas 9 to 11 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
