Temperatures are cooler due to extensive mid to high level cloud
cover, and a similar trend is expected tomorrow. Warm overnight
temperatures continue to produce Moderate HeatRisk across the
interior lowland valleys of northwest Oregon and southwest
Washington. This will affect those who are sensitive to heat,
especially those without cooling/hydration, and some health systems
and industries.
