* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Confidence is high (80 percent) in areas of
  dense fog persisting through 11 AM PST today, with medium
  confidence (60 percent) in intermittent visibility reductions to
  one-half mile or less through 1 PM PST this afternoon as low
  stratus sloshes around the lower Columbia Basin.
