...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...South central Arizona, including the following areas,
  Maricopa, northern Pinal, and southern Gila counties including the
  Phoenix metropolitan area.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A strong weather system moving through the region will bring
    widespread showers and scattered thunderstorms this morning
    before tapering off during the afternoon hours. Moderate to heavy
    rainfall with localized rainfall rates of up to one inch per hour
    will be possible this morning. Additional rainfall amounts of one
    to two inches are possible, particularly over higher terrain
    areas east of Phoenix.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Arizona, including the following
  area, Central La Paz.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM MST early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Showers with scattered thunderstorms will continue to impact
    portions of southwest Arizona, including La Paz County into the
    early part of this morning. Additional rainfall amounts of up to
    one inch will be possible through 4 AM MST.
