798 FNUS55 KPSR 010936 FWFPSR Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest and South-Central Arizona and Southeast California National Weather Service Phoenix AZ 236 AM MST Mon Sep 1 2025 .DISCUSSION... Increasing moisture will result in an enhancement of monsoonal shower and thunderstorm activity over the next few days, but the best chances for wetting rain today should remain focused over the high terrain of the eastern districts. Due to the increase in moisture, MinRHs will hover above critical thresholds through the beginning of the week, with values ranging between 15-25%. Overnight recoveries should provide some decent relief, with MaxRH readings in between 40-60%. Temperatures will gradually decrease during through the middle portion of the week, with above-normal values today, falling closer to seasonal levels by Tuesday. ...Thunderstorms imply gusty winds...
