457 FNUS55 KPSR 172036 FWFPSR Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest and South-Central Arizona and Southeast California National Weather Service Phoenix AZ 136 PM MST Mon Nov 17 2025 .DISCUSSION... Rain chances increase tonight and Tuesday with periods of showers and a few isolated thunderstorms. Better chances of wetting rains associated with heavier showers and storm will favor eastern districts. Below normal temperatures and elevated moisture will remain in place keeping MinRHs in a 40-70% range following excellent overnight recovery greater than 80%. Locally gusty winds upwards of 20 mph will be possible at times, though weaker wind speeds will be more common through the period. ...Thunderstorms imply gusty winds...
