754 FNUS55 KPSR 021930 FWFPSR Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest and South-Central Arizona and Southeast California National Weather Service Phoenix AZ 1230 PM MST Mon Nov 2 2026 .DISCUSSION... Lingering floodwater runoff in area creeks, streams, and rivers is likely to continue through the rest of today. Otherwise, rain has ended and dry seasonal conditions have returned to the region. Saturated grounds will help keep surface humidity levels somewhat elevated. Afternoon minimum RHs today will be around 50-60% across AZ and 25-35% across southeast CA. A steady drying trend will occur through the middle of this week, however min RH will still remain around 40% or higher in southcentral AZ through Wednesday. Overnight recoveries will remain good to excellent around 60-80% max RHs most nights. Winds over the next few days will follow typical diurnal trends with light speeds and modest afternoon upslope gusts. Breezy north winds are expected along the lower Colorado River Valley this afternoon, with gusts up to 20-25 mph.
