.DISCUSSION...
Dry and tranquil weather conditions have returned to the region.
Temperatures will continue to warm to near normal on Tuesday and
slightly above normal by mid-week. Overnight recovery of 80-100%
can be expected again tonight. Drier air will filter into the
region on Tuesday with MinRHs falling to around 35-50% with
slightly lower overnight recoveries in the 60-80% range. Despite a
few upslope gusts in the teens to lower 20 mph range, winds will
remain light and follow normal diurnal patterns.
