.DISCUSSION...
Very dry and hot conditions will prevail through the end of the
workweek and into the weekend. Winds Friday evening will be
gradually winding down after a period of gusts near 25 mph during
the afternoon. Similar gusts will likely stick around until just
after sunset but will gradually relax overnight. Winds should
shift out of the E prior to sunrise Saturday morning, and may
even go light and variable for a brief window. Southerly winds
will be common once again Saturday afternoon and evening, but
gusts will be further elevated with observations approaching 30
mph. Much like the previous night, gusts will begin to diminish
after sunset. Similar wind pattern can be expected for Sunday, but
with gusts backing down toward 25 mph. MinRHs will hover closer
to 10% with only modest overnight recovery as MaxRHs rebound
toward 45%. The combination of dry conditions and enhanced winds
will create periods of elevated, to near critical fire weather
conditions.
