past several days featuring seasonably warm temperatures and dry
conditions with afternoon humidity levels falling to near 10%.
Wind behavior can be generally characterized by a southwest component
and good dispersion during daylight hours, and mostly light and
variable winds late night/early morning. Afternoon gusts should
only reach near 15 to 20 mph along the river.
