* At 415 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Estrella
  Mountain Park, or near Avondale, moving north at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Avondale, Goodyear, Cashion, Phoenix International Raceway,
  Liberty, Estrella Mountain Park, and Estrella Mountain Ranch.
