...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Eastern San Juan Mountains Above 10000 Feet and Upper Rio
  Grande Valley/Eastern San Juan Mountains Below 10000 Feet.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Tropical moisture will continue to spread into the eastern
    San Juan mountains in deep southwest upslope flow resulting
    in repeated rounds of moderate to heavy rain.
