...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Colorado, including the
  following areas, Eastern San Juan Mountains Above 10000 Feet and
  Upper Rio Grande Valley/Eastern San Juan Mountains Below 10000
  Feet.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - 1.8 inches of rain has fallen at Wolf Creek weather station
    since Monday morning, on top of over 4 inches through the
    weekend. Another 1-2 inches of rain with thunderstorms will
    be possible today and tonight. This additional rain falling
    on already saturated soils will lead to the potential for
    life threatening flooding today and tonight.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
