...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Colorado, including the
  following areas, Eastern San Juan Mountains Above 10000 Feet and
  Upper Rio Grande Valley/Eastern San Juan Mountains Below 10000
  Feet.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Another surge of tropical moisture will push into the eastern
    San Juan Mountain region starting Monday morning and lasting
    into Tuesday. Another 1 to 3 inches of rain will be possible.
    This additional rainfall falling on already saturated grounds
    will allow for the potential of additional flooding across
    the region.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
