* WHEN...Until 600 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying

  - At 239 AM MDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
area continues. Fall Creek Road and Park Creek Roads were
reported flooded or impassable earlier this evening, though

that moderate to heavy rainfall continues across the warned
area as of 230 AM MDT.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding
include...Smaller creeks, streams and tributaries in the Wolf
Creek Pass, Platoro and Cumbres Pass areas, as well as the

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Life-threatening flooding of creeks, roads and normally dry washes
is likely. Additional heavy rains may trigger rockslides, mudslides
and debris flows in steep terrain, especially in and around these
areas.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams and
creeks tonight!
