.Discussion...
Given dry and windy conditions, critical fire weather conditions are
still expected through the rest of this afternoon, and then again
tomorrow afternoon in the San Juan and La Garita Mountain areas.
Wednesday and beyond, at least spotty critical fire weather
conditions will be possible, especially during the end of the week
and through the weekend, as well above seasonal temperatures persist
and periods of gusty winds influence the area. Other than showers
and thunderstorms across mostly the plains tomorrow, dry conditions
are anticipated through the weekend, though highly isolated mountain
showers and storms can not be ruled out.
Smoke dispersion rates tomorrow and Wednesday will be Good to
Excellent, with the Excellent rates across the mountains and valleys.
