.Discussion...
No fire weather concerns across the district through the next
several days. A cold front will arrive on the Plains tomorrow
morning with cooler temperatures across the area, mainly in the
40s for highs. A couple of light snow showers will be possible
over the Central Mountains, with little or no accumulation
expected. Upper ridging will build across the area for mid to
late week, with seasonal temperatures. The next upper storm
system looks to arrive over the weekend with another round of
precipitation heading into next week, along with much colder
temperatures. There is still a large degree of uncertainty
with this pattern change.
Smoke dispersions will be poor across the region tonight and
Tuesday, with good conditions over the Central Mountains and
Teller County.
