.Discussion...
There will be a slight uptick in afternoon showers and storms
over and near the higher terrain today, with a few possible storms
pushing east into the I-25 Corridor through the early evening.
More isolated showers and storms are expected mainly across the higher
terrain for Wednesday and Thursday, with temperatures remaining
at to slightly above seasonal norms through midweek.
Upper level ridging flattens across the area towards the end of the
week, allowing for cooler temperatures and increased coverage and
intensity of daily showers and storms areawide for the end of the
work week into early next week.
Smoke dispersion will be good or better across the district
this afternoon and again on Wednesday.
