.DISCUSSION...

Storms will be more isolated today but will still be capable of
producing gusty erratic outflow winds and spotty heavy rainfall.
The window for the strongest storm development will be between 1 PM
and 6 PM today.  Odds of flash flooding today will be a little lower
given some drier air working in from the west.  Thunderstorm chances
and the potential for flash flooding increases again over the weekend
through early next week as a cold front brings a return of low level
moisture in easterly upslope flow, and monsoon moisture increases
aloft from the west.  Flash flood watches will likely be needed for Sunday
if not sooner.  Today will be the warmest day of the period with
temperatures cooling off a few degrees into early next week.

Note: Was briefed in overnight that you wanted a spot for the original
Aspen Acres and the new Aspen Acres DP55.  However, I could only find the
DP55 spot request on the website. So I recreated the original one from info
I found in an old spot. Please feel free to contact us in the morning if
this wasn`t what you wanted.
