.DISCUSSION...
Upper level high pressure building south and east across the state
today will keep modest easterly flow aloft across southern Colorado,
and most of afternoon and evening showers and storms west of the burn
area today. Still can not rule out some cumulus build ups across the
burn area this afternoon. There will be better chances of wetting
rains across the area on Tuesday and Wednesday, as upper flow becomes
more south to southwest, bringing more available moisture into
southern Colorado.
