Thunderstorms will be possible through midnight as a north wind shift
drops southward into the region and moisture increases behind this front.
This should bring a period of breezy north winds through the evening,
though stronger gusts up to 40 mph will be possible near thunderstorms
if they move in the vicinity.  If storms directly impact the site, locally
heavy rainfall capable of producing flash flooding will be the primary risk.
