.DISCUSSION...

Anticipate mainly dry weather across the area today into tonight,
with any thunderstorm development likely staying across the
plains. A similar setup will likely provide drier weather once
again on Monday. Tuesday onwards, each afternoon will see
scattered to more widespread showers and storms. Higher chances
for wetting rains do return. Rainfall chances, and therefore flash
flooding concerns, are expected to increase through the week.
Temperatures will remain close to seasonal normals.
