.DISCUSSION...
Winds should increase out of the east this evening before shifting around
from a more southerly direction overnight and becoming light.  It is
possible that once winds become light overnight they could briefly shift around
from a more northerly downslope down valley direction around dawn before
becoming dominated by southerly winds in the afternoon.  Showers and
thunderstorms will be more widespread on Wednesday.  Locally heavy rainfall,
lightning and gusty erratic outflow winds will be possible with the stronger
storms.
