.DISCUSSION...
For the area of interest, isolated to scattered showers and
storms are expected each afternoon today and tomorrow, with the
greatest coverage of precipitation expected today. Greatest
hazards from any storms will be brief heavy rainfall, gusty
outflow winds to around 35 mph, and lightning. As for winds, winds
will hold a predominantly westerly to southwesterly component,
with sustained winds around 7-10 mph, and no appreciable
consistent gusts. With that said, winds are expected to increase
tomorrow afternoon, with winds increasing to around 15-17 mph, and
gusts to 25-30 mph. Humidity values will follow a typical diurnal
trend, with lowest values during the afternoons, and highest
values overnight. Humidity values will be lowest Friday afternoon.
Values this afternoon will fall to around 62-64 percent, increase
to around 82-84 percent tonight, and then fall to around 42-44
percent Thursday afternoon.
