No precipitation is forecast at the burn site through
Wednesday.  Westerly winds will increase from near 25
mph Tuesday afternoon, with near 35 mph Tuesday night
into Wednesday.  Temperatures will be cold, with highs
in the 20s.  Smoke dispersions will overall be poor, with
brief window in the afternoon of fair conditions, both
Tuesday and Wednesday.
