Lingering rain showers this morning will diminish by noon, with skies
clearing by late in the day. Any rainfall this morning will be light,
less than a tenth of an inch. North winds will be strong this
morning, with a few gusts to 25 mph possible until 1200. Winds then
turn more northeasterly and diminish this afternoon and evening. Mostly
clear skies and much lighter winds expected Friday, with a period of
fair dispersion from late morning into late afternoon.
