This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Isolated rain showers, and a brief thunderstorm over the
mountains, are possible today, with most activity quickly ending
by early evening. The main hazard from any thunderstorm today will
be lightning. Some light snow and flurries will be possible over
the higher peaks above 10000 feet today, though no significant
accumulations are forecast.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected Monday into
Tuesday, though intensity and coverage will be less than this
weekend`s system for most areas. Main risks will be gusty winds and
lightning with any thunderstorm activity. Light snow showers above
11,000 ft will also be possible, though accumulations are not
expected at this time.
