            Severe flash flooding and debris flows
            throughout Beulah Valley for the second
            straight day due to heavy rain across the
            Aspen Acre burn scar. The most significant
            flooding occurred after 7 PM MDT. Automated
            gauge estimated 0.70 to 0.75 inches.
