State Line.

 Widespread runoff from recent, heavy rains is continuing to produce
 high flows along the Arkansas River through Lamar and downstream to
 the state line. The Arkansas River near Granada is continuing to
 rise this morning, with a second rise expected along the river near
 Holly. While the river may remain below Flood Stage, swift flowing
 water, unstable stream banks, and inundation of low-lying areas with
 unknown depths are primary hazards for those near the river. Stay
 tuned for additional updates and possible warnings from the National
 Weather Service.
