  Elevated river levels will continue along the Rio Grande near Del
  Norte through Tuesday, with the river cresting at around 5.3 feet
  Tuesday afternoon. While the river is expected to remain below
  flood stage, river banks may become unstable and dangerous due to
  elevated flows and should be avoided.
