...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN EL PASO COUNTY
THROUGH 1030 PM MDT...

At 1004 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Air Force Academy, or 10 miles north of Colorado Springs, moving
southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Stratmoor, Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Falcon, Cimarron
Hills, Peterson Space Force Base, Fort Carson, Gleneagle, and
Security-Widefield.
