...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN EL PASO COUNTY
THROUGH 545 PM MDT...

At 509 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Air Force Academy, or 12 miles north of Colorado Springs. This
thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Northwestern Colorado Springs, Air Force Academy, and Gleneagle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
