  Providence Heliport in Downtown Providence

* Until 345 PM EST Thursday.

* The Following Weather Hazards Are Expected:

Strong west winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 45 kt, especially
from mid morning into late this afternoon. Winds diminish this
evening into tonight.
