height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The National Weather Service is accepting public comments until
July 29 2024 on a proposal to replace feet with meters when
describing seas in a variety of National Marine Center text
and graphical products for the Offshore and High Seas Areas

E across the region tonight into Fri ahead of an approaching
cold front. The front will pass SE over the area Fri night and
Sat. High pressure will build behind the front Sat into Sat
night, then continue over the waters through Tue night An area
of low pressure N of the waters will weaken Sun into Sun night. A
cold front will approach the region Mon night, then move into the
far NW part Tue. The front will continue across the area Tue
night.
