Central America, Colombia, and within 750 nm of Ecuador

.SYNOPSIS...Recently named Tropical Depression Five-E is near
11.2N 92.6W at 8 PM PDT, and is moving northwest at 6 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt, and the minimum
central pressure is 1007 mb. Tropical Depression Five-E will
strengthen to a tropical storm near 11.8N 93.3W Tue morning with
maximum sustained winds 35 kt gusts 45 kt, move to 12.5N 94.2W
Tue evening, and continue to strengthen as it moves to near 13.3N
95.2W Wed morning with maximum sustained winds 55 kt gusts 65
kt, strengthen to a hurricane near 14.2N 96.3W Wed evening with
maximum sustained winds 70 kt gusts 85 kt, move to near the
coast of southern Mexico Thu morning, then weaken to a tropical
storm as it moves inland southern Mexico Thu evening with maximum
sustained winds 50 kt gusts 60 kt. Elsewhere, moderate to fresh
winds will prevail offshore Ecuador to the Galapagos Islands
through the week. Winds will be moderate or weaker offshore
Colombia northward, except pulse to moderate to fresh in the
Papagayo region starting Thu morning. Meanwhile, moderate seas
off Ecuador will prevails through the rest of the week. Moderate
seas will be mainly offshore Colombia northward through Wed,
except higher near Tropical Cyclone Five-E, subsiding afterward.
