.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh NE winds will pulse over and
downstream of the Papagayo region the remainder of the week and
into the weekend, locally strong at times through Sat. Moderate
or lighter winds are forecast elsewhere through the remainder of
the week and into the weekend. No significant swells are forecast
through Sun, however seas will build slightly in the Papagayo
region due to the fresh to strong winds, and offshore Guatemala
to locally rough through Fri due to a developing gale force gap
wind event NW of the area in the Gulf of Tehuantepec.
