.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Five-E is near 10.6N
91.7W at 2 PM PDT, and is moving west-northwest at 7 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt, and the minimum
central pressure is 1009 mb. Five-E will move to 11.1N 92.4W Tue
morning, 11.8N 93.1W Tue afternoon, 12.6N 94.1W Wed morning,
13.5N 95.1W Wed afternoon, 14.5N 96.1W Thu morning, and 15.8N
97.4W Thu afternoon. Five-E will move inland near 17.0N 98.7W by
Fri afternoon. Elsewhere, moderate to fresh winds will prevail
offshore Ecuador to the Galapagos Islands through the week. Winds
will be moderate or weaker offshore Colombia northward, except
pulse to moderate to fresh in the Papagayo region starting Thu
morning. Meanwhile, moderate seas off Ecuador will prevails
through the week. Moderate seas will be mainly offshore Colombia
northward through mid-week, higher near Invest EP94, then will
subside by the end of the week.
