.DISCUSSION...
A strong mid and upper-level ridge will weaken while progressing
from the upper Great Lakes and Ohio Valley to offshore the middle
Atlantic through the end of the week. Winds will be light tonight
under high pressure. Light and variable winds Wednesday, generally
out of the south and southwest. Good RH recovery is expected tonight
and Wednesday night. RH levels dip into the upper 30s to low 40s both
Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
